I earned my medical degree and completed my psychiatric residency at the University of Washington, graduating with honors. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how psychiatric conditions—such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and insomnia—can be influenced by the demands of the workplace and affect mental health.
